Next Available Seawind 1260

So many things are in short supply due to the Pandemic.

I guess that we should not be surprised that homes, cars, caravans etc are in strong demand but it turns out that production boats are also on delayed delivery times.

The queue for Seawind 1160s is over 30 boats. The new 1370 has over 60 orders and the Seawind 1260 (our favourite) has over 30 orders queued.

This means that the Next Available 1260 (our hull SC696) is currently expected to be delivered in September 2024. (The next 1370 is in 2027).

I think that all things considered, we have got a pretty good deal. I have fixed the price of a boat that will be delivered in 3 years time and now invite other sailors to join me in a syndicate of 5.
