Hello, Welcome,
My Name is Geoff Johnson. I have been a sailor all my life and now it is time to go again with a new boat – my dream – a Seawind 1260 production catamaran.
I have built 4 of the 7 boats that I have owned (mainly multihulls). I know from long experience that a boat Syndicate (sharing the use) is a far superior way to go sailing in a comfortable and well-supported catamaran. The boat is used regularly according to a Calendar and the costs to individual co-owners of a 5 share arrangement are only 20% of the total.
A boat in regular use is a happy boat.
I am semi-retired with a small vineyard and bee apiary near Montville in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. My wife Jenny and I live on the main canal at Mooloolaba. Our jetty and pontoon berth are available to the Syndicate at Mates Rates ($1 per year) and my ambition is to be the Boat Secretary and Boat Boy that make sailing an enjoyable pastime for families.
If you are thinking of sailing a catamaran, please consider the following briefing that shows how you can be an owner of an extremely popular luxury catamaran for the price of a Landcruiser and caravan - A$160,000 per 20% Share plus $600 per month.

Cheers,

Geoff Johnson
